Environment

The research environment behind the work.

My work sits inside a clinical-data-science network connecting sleep physiology, neurology, open data, and translational AI.

Neurology, sleep medicine, and real clinical signals.

I am an Instructor in Neurology at Harvard Medical School, based in the Department of Neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

The questions come from patients, clinicians, sleep laboratories, long-term cohort studies, and the practical constraints of real medical data.

Shared infrastructure for brain-health research

Clinical Data Animation Center

The Clinical Data Animation Center is a clinical data science group affiliated with Stanford University, Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Massachusetts General Hospital. Its work spans sleep disorders, dementia, epilepsy, acute brain injury, clinical AI, and tools for real-world neurological decision-making.

Brain Data Science Platform

The Brain Data Science Platform provides open and credentialed-access resources for brain health research, including neurophysiology, brain imaging, genetics, omics, associated clinical data, open-source software, reproducible publications, and shared computational tools.
